Sandals like these (http://cn1.kaboodle.com/hi/img/c/0/0/73/c/AAAADF6pPp8AAAAAAHPORw.jpg?v=1253673185000) give pretty good support and they aren't too ugly. Of course, I could be biased since in the town I live in, you're practically required to wear either hippy-dippy clothing, or clothing suitable for hiking. Yea. Finding hippy-dippy abayas and niqabs suitable for a trek in the mountains. That's always a nice little shopping challange :) LOL.

Salam Pixie. Oh, I love that abaya and the handbag. They really matched. It has bee such a long time since my last visit here. And before I forget, congratulations for the pregnancy. I hope you'll have a smooth pregnancy.

I've got a pair of sandals from the brand Rieker, they're really handsome and sooooooo comfortable!!!! Best shoes ever. Costed about 60 euros in boutique(I'm from Sweden), but they're a bit more expensive from the net... But still, they're soo worth the price! I went to Turkey, came home a few days ago, and I was in my Rieker sandals all the time! I'm pregnant too and I get tired quickly, but I managed to walk around for hours in these shoes. They're the best!

Hi! I read some of your post (I came here looking for info about hijab, and also how to wear scarfs in that style) and I really can't believe haters and ppl who criticizes you. I think it's a beautiful choice.
I'm not religious, plus, I live in Latin America, a place where you are "hot" and trendy if you show 90% of your body. I totally agree with you, when you say this is more oppressive for women. So I just want to thank you for sharing this styles and also so many info about your religion, it's very useful for those like me, who didn't know anything about this world, it really helped me to learn a little bit more of other cultures, and get rid of the myth that says Muslim women are oppressed and obligated to cover themselves.
Thank you!

PD: Congrats for your baby!
Bye! :D

There is a long time since I've read your blog. But it is good to see that you are still writing and doing fine <3 Come to think of you today, for some reason. Wish you all well and good luck on your way.
