In BOsnia they would say that her face (model on the picture) is like 'butter'...flawless. When is such jewlery permitted...in what situations and in front of whom?

I don't think her face is like "butter", I mean you can do that using photoshop (or any other similar), it's not hard to do.
And about the makeup, that's too much, I don't think I'd wear that in front of anyone (even less for public display).lol
We're supposed to be simple, and accept who/what we are. She looks like a gorgeous woman, and I don't think she needs the makeup at all.
