SET WITH NIQAB FOR ONE KOREAN CUTIE

If our girl Adelle were a munaqaba (niqabi)---that is of course, if she were Muslim, and she let me play dress up doll with her as she often does--- than this would be a look I could create for this Korean cutie.

Caftan from http://www.gottawearit.com/silkycaftan.html and niqab from http://www.hijabgirl.com/niqab.html.

Salaam alaikum,
it's a cute outfit! I like the fingerless gloves and the brightly coloured socks. :D Is there a hat on top of the scarf?

Cheers.

UniMuslimah: wa alaykom e salaam ramatullah wa barakto---jazakallahkheiran. yes, he he he, it is a hat---and flower pin, over a niqab. I wear mine that way:D

Sarah: she's already tried my niqabs on. Unfortunately, string niqabs don't always work on Korean faces. LOL, so she'd suit the elastic styles I bet.....

Sarah: would you really wear head to toe leopard??? Just curious.

Ducky: thanks! Shoe you can cover part of your body and still be VERY expressive.

I love that caftan!!!
I checked out the caftan site and got the giggles---white men in caftans!!! That is so cool! Are there really non-muslim men willing to wear a caftan?!

Salaam,
I love that idea! I love it when sisters cover properly, but get creative with it- especially niqabis. As much as I respect my sisters who opt for the whole black look, I think here in Canada, non-Muslims (and even some Muslims) get really put off by it. Colour and creativity shows that we're not just cookie-cut versions of eachother, we're individuals. :)

So... Love the hat and clip! :D

Cheers.
