Bad Cell Phone Pics from our Travels

So these are some bad cell phone pics of the jalabiyias in Al Marina Mall. I kinda didn't know how to use the camera covertly (the shop owners glare at you when you take pics of their merchandise) and I got the glare from moving away too quickly. Ooooh, and this is an accessory shop that I liked.Yeah, and in case you haven't noticed, the composition of my posts kinda suck now because I am learning how to use a new computer.

They're gorgeous, but very similar to the ones in the abaya malls in Cairo. What's the fabric like?

No worries...better pics than Ive tried to get...I tried to take some pics once and yeah the salesmen glare you down...

And when the mall is officially closed for business (yet open for walking) all the lights are dim so you cant see anything anyway...so no pics.

Do malls in the UAE close from 12-4pm like here in KSA?

Wow I don't even want to know how much most of those cost. Cute though!

I'd love to have the yellow one. Would look nice for Eid or weddings.

The white one in the middle of the third photo from the top... gorgeous masha'Allah!
Not bad for "bad cell phone pics" lol! I love all of that color. I would gladly wear every one of those!

You know, I saw some cute jalabeeyahs this morning, those kind like in your pictures, the very expensive, ornate and beautiful kind...that cost almost 1,000 riyals a pop for around 100 riyals and under at this GIGANTIC K-Mart-esque store. I wished I had, had more riyals on me. sigh, maybe another time...

oh and on a side note, I got my son the cutest lil' boy thobe...dh will probably have a heart attack when he sees our son in "Arab garments"...Persians ya know...

teehee, mashallah.
