Apparently this site http://www.afrianfashion.com/ stocks high quality abayas (cheaper ones start at forty to sixty dollars and the fancy Dubai ones for $100-140). The prices aren't shown but when you write to ask about the product in order to purchase it they will be. Shipping was reported to be quick and the quality nice. I have ordered few abayas from them, shipped really quickly, but sizes were different on abayas and none was the right size. I suppose they did not bother to make my size as i have asked. Quality is ok, but no use if you can't wear the abaya... And for the prices they cheat a lot, I asked for the same abaya twice and eatch time it was different:) And they promise they can make different style abaya in same design, but then ask you like $100 more, real arab tradesmen...
